What is CNC Machining?

Computer Numeric Control or CNC machining is a manufacturing process in which computer software is programmed to dictate the movement of factory tools and machinery. Being CNC qualified means the broaching process is completed on CNC lathes and CNC mills instead of transferring parts to a separate key seater or broaching machine or vending your parts out. CNC Machining enables you to make your part completely in one operation and location. This eliminates human error and produces perfectly precise results.

Hansheng Machinery can apply hard-surfacing on all critical areas such as seated and wear locations in order to extend the user-life of your valves. This hard surface provides protection against cavitations, flashing / erosion, vibration/noise, turbulence, corrosion and abrasion that can so often occur.
